This app has a ton of awesome breathing exercises. It sort of reminds me of Wim hof but there are a lot more different exercises and cycles in this app that fits what you want. Also the premium exercises are very fairly priced. The layout is nice and simple to understand as well! Overall it’s a good app
It’s been a while since I used this app and when I went to use it today, nothing is available. The app remembers my presets but I can’t access them. The app is more interested in pushing a purchase. First, it was a “one time offer” of 200 breathing exercises for $9.99. Next/Now it’s a recurring offer of 100 breathing exercises for $9.99. There’s no explanation of which exercises either. What about those of us who were still exploring the basics? Is it just “purchase more on our word” or the app stops working? Maybe this is a result of the latest update. I can’t find it in the App Store to read about it. It’s hard to search for apps with just “Breathing” term to guide. I liked the idea of a basic app. It’s a shame I have no reason to keep it because it just doesn’t work.
I love doing these breathing exercises! The app is extremely simple to follow along with, and you can choose your custom interval cycles. I feel relief after each exercise, I try to do them daily! I’ve never had any issues using this app and have already recommended to others I know!
