Boxed: Bulk Quality Essentials

I give this 3 stars because it’s just ok. The convenience and quantities are worth it some of the time. However, in recent months the app isn’t working properly. It keeps saying Oops bad request. Sometimes while adding items to cart, sometimes while trying to check out. I’ve gone several days before being able to complete my purchase and even giving up altogether and just going to the grocery store. In the few years that I’ve been using Boxed, several times items come damaged. Tons of leaked items, items opened or dented. At first, finding a way to contact them through the app was not user friendly but after a couple of times of that happening I figured it out. Prices have increased, items aren’t available or go out of stock, items ship from a third party and take weeks to arrive with no communication….so having said all that. Three stars is all they get. I went from ordering very often for our large family to maybe once every couple of months now.

I have been a Boxed Customer from almost their beginning; long before ads and going public in the stock market! Handy dandy place to buy bulk items. Sometimes these items are not less than what i can buy at my local Kroger or Target BUT most of the time Boxed DOES beat their prices! The convenience to buy bulk online from an ethical company is awesome and not have to DRIVE and waste gas going to a Costco or Sams or BJs. Over the years Boxed has added many new products. I especially LOVE Prince and Spring quality products which are a Boxed brand and cost less! I highly recommend using Boxed as your regular go to for many bulk items to be delivered efficiently and well packaged without damage!

Awesome products, spectacular customer service! I’ve had to contact boxed to cancel a pending order and it was cancelled immediately, with no questions, and so quickly. I was told the refund could take 2-3 days and it was back in my account the NEXT day. Thank you guys for being so wonderful and truly servicing your customers. You have my business for life. I recommend this to everyone, trust me you won’t ever regret the decision and after your first order you’ll become a boxed addict like me. I placed my first order on 12/17 and have ordered at least 7 times since and am ordering again Friday. This is by far my favorite app, and favorite company to shop with. 1-3 day shipping, samples, free shipping over $49, amazing customer service, I just wish my FedEx guy would leave it at my door instead of in my buildings lobby. Keep up the good work guys!!!
