First problem: When the newest server 92 opened. There was an event recharge ranking. I was rank 1 and get no reward, no 3 stars crock weapon, no suit, nothing after due day of the event. I talk to the admin on facebook about the problems. They already seen my text and not even give me a single reply. Second problem: I also play the server 90. Of course the event similar to recharging event. But this time was the strongest player will claim a dragon shards. I was rank 1. My rank went to 0 instead of 1 out of sudden and I didn’t claim a single reward. I also report same problem to admins. They told me to wait for 1 week for them to have vacation. After a week passed and they still haven’t reply to me. I am trying to be super patient and you are disrespect me and not reply my text. And also taking too long to fix the game problem.

Its hard to open the app it keeps loading and loading its only 91% of completing the file and when i turn off the wifi and open the data its fast but when i click to start it always say check your connection and when i turn on the wifi and click the start again it keeps stop and the music when i go to home the music of the game still playing
