After only a week of working now does not appear on phone. -once wifi connection disappeared it never reappears in wifi selection or search and now does not work with iPhone update also- tried resetting everything to no avail. just a piece of rubbish that does not come anywhere close to what it describes itself as . Run away from this product as quick as you can!

Shame shame shame!!! I would rate the App zero if I could. Disaster. I bought the system on the good reputation and recommendations of JayCar Electronics in Australia. I set the system up fine. But have had nearly five utterly frustrating days now trying to connect the app. And when it finally did connect with the system (took me two days of repeatedly going through the process) and added the device to the App, the App still can’t access it. I get a message that says “Alert please check your network status”. What does that even mean. I have now sent 3 emails to the customer support address on the website requesting assistance. I have not received a response to any of them!!! Shame shame shame. “One of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of innovative security systems ...”? Yeah right!

I’m so frustrated with your app and product. When I first purchased this it worked great but you are obviously it investing enough in your app development as it barely syncs and has even stopped sending push notifications basically rendering the system useless. It’s really disappointing as I initially recommended your product to others and know at least one person who purchased it. Your support service also used to be great but has stopped replying maybe due to just having the product over a year (warranty).
