The workout are highly effective for reducing weight and increasing strength, HOWEVER, the statements that the app "uses AI intelligence to customize workouts based on customers initial preferences" is inaccurate. Each week I need to search through the on- demand library to search for a workout other than the one assigned. I do not own a trampoline and am not able to do 55 minute workouts or ADVANCED dance cardio, so I did not check those boxes at set-up, BUT after sending three emails (only way to receive support), I have not received a response and continue to have to search for alternate workouts. Nothing customized about this app...

Simone has created amazing programs. After my first baby I started her workouts. First, I did the 10 min workouts because as a new mom that’s all I could fit it especially since I was pumping often. My husband even tried the workouts and enjoyed them. Second baby and I found myself having a rough time finding the help I needed. With diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues there was little I could do. I bought the 6 week post natal program ($79, one time use, available only with paid membership for at least two months). Her energy, her kind words, her reminder to be gentle on yourself are all things that stood out for me. Finally, Simone understands. I even reached out with issues I was having and with the same kindness she responded. If you want to be surrounded by positive energy then this is the place for you.

I tried many different online trainings around dance and bar trainings but this one is the best..I discovered Simon and I really loved her style and workouts. But same DVDs create boredom after sometime since training at home is also not that much fun..If you also have trampoline , you can have 1 hour cardio consisting of dance, hit cardio and dance cardio, so it keeps changing and you are hardly bored..everyday exercises changing depending on your preferences..love it
