I had such a great experience at Blue Sage, and Shaun made it even better. She was personable, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer my questions, gave great recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. On top of providing excellent customer service, she’s genuinely kind and, let’s be honest, very easy on the eyes too! The whole experience felt less like shopping and more like hanging out with a good friend who knows exactly what they’re talking about. If you’re looking for a dispensary with knowledgeable staff and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by Blue Sage and asking for Shaun. You won’t be disappointed!
My opinion of this is not the greatest … my rewards a.k.a. points or whatever they’re supposed to be called now, have not been accumulating correctly on my account… someone had to go in and catch my account and now this app is not up-to-date either it didn’t even have my birthday in and I’ve put it in there several times this information in the stuff is getting old. I’ve spent lots of money with Blue Sage. If you can’t keep my points, up-to-date, or rewards or whatever they’re called. How’s that not fair to me?! it’s happening in the store as well! I just don’t feel like this is fair as a customer. I’m not being treated the way I should be. That’s not a loyalty customer with loyalty with rewards.
Blue Sage has become my go-to dispensary in Lebanon. The deli-style setup is one of the coolest parts of the experience because you can actually see and explore the products before making a decision. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The selection is impressive, prices are competitive, and they usually have great deals running throughout the week. Whether you’re new to cannabis or know exactly what you’re looking for, the team does a great job helping you find the right product for your needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and laid back. It’s clear they care about customer service and creating a positive experience. If you’re in the Lebanon area and looking for a dispensary that combines great products, knowledgeable staff, and a unique deli-style shopping experience, Blue Sage is definitely worth checking out.
