Blood Pressure App-BP Tracker

After my better half Had some heart related issues this past week, we spent all week in the hospital. This made me more aware of the importance of being more respectful to my body. Having this app is very convenient. I just one touch of my phone, I can get an idea of how my heart is beating ,my blood pressure, and my stress levels.

I just started using the app and hopefully I’m doing everything right . I need to use it for a week or so. Then I think I’ll have a pretty good handle on it. Just one quick question is there a section that breaks down how to perform all of the actions that you said it could do?

Due to a BP scare last week I now have to record my BP three times a day , this app will make it so much easier to track and I can add any new records like from the drs office, right on here !
