We tend to take all apps for granted, especially loyalty related apps. It does help the company that produces such loyalty apps to gain business advantage. At the same time, it does help us to track our spending. Many of us ignored BonusLink for decades already. It’s time to recall and rethink our lifestyle using BonusLink.

So much improvement in the latest version! The UI is so clean and nice. And has a new cards page so i can easily add my BL cards in!

Unless you're new to bonuslink when they start using the app system, i've faced difficulties to retrieve my points from my physical card which i actively used since 2021. The app claimed my card was linked to another account. Unfortunately this issue has been going on for so long until i cared enough to redeem my points recently, still they don't fix it unless you complain to them. Called, emailed their customer service multiple times, it took them 2 weeks to solve my problem, saying there were technical issues. If you're facing same problem kindly call or email their service. 3 stars as i have to deal with customer service multiple times to fix simple issue. Until you connect your card to app with points shown, it's useless to redeem points at any merchant.
