This app and its product *sound* like a good idea. However, the app is happy to let you order items that are not actually available, make you wait 15 minutes for an alert, and then notify you that your order is not in fact possible. Time estimates also fluctuate wildly, even after an estimate is given. Your order will be ready at 1:06! No wait, 1:14! No wait, another time! For a platform that extolls AI, this app is one of the least intelligent and reliable apps that I have found.

The system can’t avoid peanuts, soy or dairy for those with allergens. You also can’t leave out specific ingredients if you need to. This is not a very well thought out system when you gave no one to talk to. I get that AI is the future, but you still need human interaction until you can perfect the system. I can’t even order on their system >(
