I recently checked my bank statements to ser that lots of time I’ve been charged 15€ from this company with no explanation at all. Then when I sent an email to their customer service I got the answer that we are always sent an email with details about the fine, but none of them were ever sent to me, not even photos to prove I parked them wrong to show what I must not do. I always used and parked bikes on places I usually found them (such as poles) and never saw any communication from the company, which obviously serves them cause them I kept doing the same things and they kept charging me. Ridiculous posture toward a customer and I don’t think it was done by mistake.

It is known that the app is full of bugs but it is fine since always I have been able to use the app. This morning I bought a monthly plan and then I used the bike and I was charged for the ride when I have unlimited rides with the plan. I sent an email to ask for the refund of the ride (i know it was only €1.2 but it bothers me). And I got the classic passive aggressive reply from customer service saying basically that I am an idiot. I have been using the app for more than 2 years, I have been buying monthly plans since the beginning and when I asked something small you replied like I am the stupidest customer. The app is full of bugs, even I had to change my email and sign up again when you changed the app a year ago. You know all the problems of the app and I don’t get why you don’t want to solve this silly issue and you replied with a passive aggressive tone. I used to work in IT and all the time I had issues with the apps but always I gave a polite and useful reply to my customers. I don’t know if you know the importance of this for your startup. Yes , i know your investors are asking for profits this year and you need more founding but in this way you will be out of the business in a couple of years or until a bigger player pop up in Ireland.

everytime I try to finish journey , it wont end . sometimes it take few attempts sometimes it just wont although the bike is locked correctly. tried to call customer service on several occasions to finish the journey and there was never anyone picking the phone. tried to use the chat within the app to notify them about the issue , it kept kicking my out when I tried to upload photo. so yeah there are issues with the app. Also, often there are no bikes in my area, paid monthly membership and cant even use it everyday,so what is the point.
