You wind up paying with coins for parking anyway because the app frequently has errors when trying to pay. Map features non intuitive and don’t work properly but too long to go into it on this review. Screenshots prohibited but sometimes you need them because when you’re trying to look for coupons and figure out the map you want to save a coupon since this app pettily cuts off the amount of times you can view a coupon. I was going to get a brush wash at Apple Green with 25% off but was told I’d clicked on the coupon one too many times and couldn’t have it anymore. For clicking. Everyone taps on everything. You don’t think there will be a limit just for browsing coupons. Well, Payzone just cost Apple Green my business, not to mention that the app didn’t work for parking and I had to get up at 07:00 to go feed the parking meter this morning so it’s not like this app saves you any sleep even though it offers prepay. It also offers rolling services you can arrange yourself with Eflow. In the end, we’ve had coins for parking meters for thousands of years so just use those as this app “provides” what coins already do. Waste of space on your phone. I’ll give it one more chance but then it’s going in the virtual bin. Normally I would’ve complained direct to Payzone rather than go on a public forum like this but looky look, their “updated” version of the app took away the “call us” button. I’ve wasted my own time writing up this review but hopefully it saves you some grief.

I never write reviews but this app is so bad. My first time using this app I realized that I was parking in the wrong place after I paid for parking so I paid them more for a different zone and it has no on screen display message that states that parking is active so I assumed I didn’t get charged I pay more until I realize that 30 euro has been charged from my bank and I have 11 euro account balance. There is no option to cancel parking tickets and customer service didn’t even do much other than ask me to call them even though I don’t have the time for that because of my busy schedule. I deleted the app after this incident and after a week I see that 2.40 euro has been taken from my card by this company even though I don’t use the app anymore. Horrible app horrible company.

I use parking tag ALL THE TIME and really thought it was one of the best things ever. Today, I was notified that the app is upgraded to a new face or feature. Just like that, I can’t use the app anymore. I deleted the app on my phone and re-downloaded — not working. I switched off my phone — not working. I am very disappointed. I am still by the roadside as I am typing this; definitely late for my meeting and I don’t have coins because I always thought parking tag is going to be reliable. I guessed wrong.
