Two years ago I bought 4 Skyzoo photo frames for myself and family members. I love my photo frame and have been totally happy with it. It was easy to set up and send photos. This morning I tried to send some pictures and it says my service has ended. I was not aware that I would have to start paying to send pictures. Could not find anything in this app that says you have to start paying. I got out the directions to my Skyzoo photo frame and on page 6 of the User Quick Guide it states that it only provides 5GB free data for 2 years. I guess I did not read that part when I was setting it up and I definitely did not know that when I bought the frames. You can also delete photos right on the photo frame. Not sure yet if I will pay for more service or try using a memory card which evidently you can import as well as export photos. It may be a good idea to reread the instructions to your photo frame. I found out two things I did not know! I would give it a 5 because I love it but now since I may have to pay for service every year I will give it a 3. Not sure what other family members will do with their frames.
It is easy to set up and send pics to through the app. I haven’t tried the email option yet. But it’s great to be able to share pics across the miles instantly. The frame you are sending to must be on wifi at the time and plugged in. ALSO- when you are trying to send pics to different frames through the app (I bought multiple for various family members so we can share pics) once you are in the screen to select pics to send- there’s no indication on that page which frame you have selected. They should have the feature show the frame name. And i agree with other reviewers, it would be easier if the app tracked which pics you have already sent to which frames. Updating my review. As one other reviewer indicated, 2 of our family frames now says “service ended”- 2 years later -and I can no longer send pics to this frame. I cannot find anywhere how to rectify this. Ridiculous
Yes I can send pictures to the frame, but once the photos are added, there’s no way to edit the photos to remove old ones with updated pictures. The only way to do it is to delete the entire frame and then re-add your photos. That is HORRIBLY inconvenient and makes the frame and app completely worthless to the end user.
Through your smartphone, select your favorite photos and send them to the connected photo frame. Your photos will be displayed on the "Biu Frame" dig...
