The printer is fine, decent quality. The app is a bit awkward to navigate, but still very usable. This two star review is because there is no longer a library of icons, which was a huge influence when I decided to buy this printer. Very disappointed. Will probably look for an alternative now.

This app is terrible. It's not user friendly. I don't like that I can't space the lines the way I want to. Even when line spacing is at 0 there's a HUGE gap and I can't use the font I want. Speaking of fonts. I would also like to be able to type the size of the font I want to use rather than it be predetermined by the app. It goes from 18 to 24 to 26 then 30 something. Some fonts won't work with those numbers and others do. The fonts are all basically the same and the borders are boring. It's just not user friendly AT ALL. If I didn't already purchase the label maker and not be out $50 I would delete the whole thing.

I bought one of these labels makers. Was great in the beginning and easy to use. After several months, about 4. They updated the software, causing me to get an error message that I’m using the wrong brand labels in the printer.
So I say alright and buy their brand labels. I still get the same error message, I can not print anything for my business.
I reach out every day and only get an automated message prompting me to purchase their labels, without a response to actually fix the problem. It’s been weeks .
