This probably the healthiest social media app available, and that says a lot. Mastodon is huge and has so many front ends to try. But this one is refreshing and applies the K.I.S.S principle while looking nice at the same time but not too loud and flashy. If I had to request one feature I would ask for the ability to scroll left to right instead of up and down, like flipping through cards.
Version 1.0 takes awhile to load when opening the app. I’d also love if it remembered the posts that I’ve seen so it could surface fresh content every day. Sometimes I see the same posts when opening one day to the next. Maybe that would go against the design/intention or maybe the algorithm used for filtering posts needs refinement for that, but it’s nice to quickly browse through some popular posts while sipping my morning coffee.
