I would honestly give them no start if that was an option. I paid a 110$ to watch the euro and it just doesn't work, i tried 2 different laptops and multiple browsers but it didnt work. I did all the steps that the technical support team asked me to do but they couldnt solve my problem, and eventually they said “there is nothing wrong with your account” and they claim that the problem is from my internet provider !! Seriously! The internet works fine and they claim its the reason, and even when i try to play on the mobile app it keeps crashing, in 10 minutes it crashed like 4 times. When i asked them to cancel my subscription they said that they dont do that. So basically you pay them money for a service that doesnt work and their useless support team when they cant fix the issue they claim that its not their fault and that you should change your internet provider!! Save your money and go watch the games somewhere else

At first this app was working fine and I had no problems with it whatsoever . But now I can’t even watch any of the games bc I keep getting the “I’m sorry for the inconvenience please try again later” warning. I tried reaching out to you guys through twitter and instagram and the link you guys provided didn’t even help out at all. Can you please fix the app so us football fans can enjoy watching games on the go ?

You can tell Bein artificially increased the rating. If you look at the reviews all of the 5 stars are short and the usernames are so fake. In any case, for once, just once, Id like to enjoy watching a match on my phone using bein sports connect. Nearly every time I open the app I get the same exact message "I'm sorry were experience technical difficulties please try back on a few minutes". I'm not sure why I even subscribe to Bein. It's never working when I would actually like to use the service that I pay for. The app is up to date on the most recent version. Do you know how infuriating it is to have to watch that same freaking 30 second Disney World commercial over and over and over to try to and watch the match I would like to watch? Right after the ad it always refers back to the technical difficulties messages. The few times that the app is actually working you wait through several minutes of ads (yes starting with the Disney World one). Also, I have to say the tv schedule is ridiculous. Who wants to watch the regional bike championship of the English League Championship Playoffs????
