Gives you points and pretty easy to order advance. Puffs are yummy. I signed up with a promo and saved 10% on the Website
Doesn’t work properly on iPad. Won’t stop loading Order page. Can’t go back to Rewards or Account screens. Even closing and reopening app doesn’t help. Once you click on Order, won’t let u navigate o it back to return to any other page.
I downloaded this app for the same reasons everyone does - ease of ordering and loyalty points. While the app works properly, I found out that I was paying more using the app than I would’ve paid if I just ordered in store. That’s because this app is really just Door Dash dressed up as Beard Papas. I also cannot find where my loyalty points are, assuming I’m even earning any. I usually avoid using food delivery apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub because I don’t like paying extra to cover their fees. I may do it every now and again but it’s not common practice for me. Whenever available, I always order from the company’s site directly and skip the fees for me AND the company. Something to keep in mind when using this app.
