Bear Walking Pal: Step Counter

I like the app. However, I’ve only had the app, and I looked, since April 13, 2022, today being Dec 10, 2025. There is data on this app going back over 10 years. Instead of about 3 million steps, the app registers around 9 million steps. At this rate, I’ll pass 60 million steps way before my time. I can’t get hold of the the developer, so I am posting this review. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I really like you BWP app as it keeps me motivated to walk more every day. I used it over a year now, and I have recommended it to some friends. Thank you. I just want to tell you, maybe ask you, about a problem that I have encounter. Very often the app doesn’t reset the steps from one day to another and adds the steps from the previous day to the current day giving me thoughts of steps for the day. It corrects itself the next day, but very often it will start doing it again. Is there something I could do to fix this?

I originally left a 1 star review after feeling that I was misled on the purchase. I changed it to 5 stars after verifying that I was not charged. Overall, the walking app is cute, but would like it to be a little more interactive. The step count is off and doesn’t match anywhere close to my actual steps.
