I keep trying to book trips through the app, and they get stuck in some sort of purgatory. Then I have to call their dispatch line, for them to tell me that I canceled the trip. You might as well save your time and just call them…or use a car sharing app. This app is terrible.
I booked a trip a day in advance. I received an email and confirmation number, and I could see my trip in the app. 20 minutes before pickup no one was assigned. I called and they had no record of it. They did find me a driver in time so that was good! The estimate in the app was $28 but it actually cost $48 before tip.
Honestly with years of bad service with barwood this app has rekindled atleast a little bit of love i had for the company pre uber. The rates are still ridiculous but the fact i can see who my driver is and where they are is a huge improvement.
