Bank of Commerce & Trust is an awesome, friendly and most importantly a professional institution! I have been with Bank of Commerce since I was 16 years old!! When they started the online app, that was the best thing ever!! All your important info is at your finger tips! I love the staff at the Crowley and Rayne banks! Sincerely Mary Heinen

This app has glitches!! It showed a certain amount available but really didn’t have that amount to spend. So you can’t go by what it tells you. Which is unfortunate and a huge inconvenience because what is the app for then? I thought I kept track of your balances. So be aware of that. The next disappointment with this app is that it showed that a check that I deposited from a company was returned to the company and it really was just pending. Don’t trust this app!!!!

Very friendly, personable bank they will do whatever they can to help you with anything you need. The North Park branch ladies are so friendly and sweet. Best bank in town hands down.
