This bank disappoints me more every day every time I go to cash a check. I always take about half an hour waiting for me to know who approves Today I made a payment of my American express of $100 and in my US Century Bank account I had $98.75 that is, I was negative with a dollar and little and for that dollar and little they charged me $38 surcharge just for having the negative of 4 and a half hours they charged me $38 You can't enter the bank with a cap with glasses and weapons with high shoes in Short. La atención es pésima e hipócrita. Dios mío qué asco de banco
