This app has become extremely unreliable and has created significant problems for caregivers and nurses who depend on it to accurately clock in and out. Since Friday, it has been recording incorrect times without any warning or communication to users. This creates payroll concerns, delays documentation, and adds unnecessary stress to staff who are simply trying to do their jobs correctly. What is most frustrating is the lack of effective support when issues occur. Users are told to call or submit tickets, but obtaining timely assistance is often difficult, especially during weekends when many of us are actively working shifts. When the system fails, it affects much more than timekeeping—it delays nursing notes, disrupts workflow, and creates uncertainty about whether work hours are being recorded properly. For a healthcare-related application, reliability should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, the recurring technical issues and lack of communication make this app difficult to trust. Significant improvements are needed in system stability, customer support, and transparency when outages or errors occur.

This app has one thing that’s consistent: it is glitchy. My problem along with others that I have read here is that it is not allowing me to chart my tasks. The button for charting my tasks is greyed out. And, when I click on it, it states that I don’t have the permission to do so. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling which my employer recommends but it still did not fix the problem. So, I’ve been charting my tasks online or using another phone or tablet. Please, fix these issues.

Definitely had high hopes that this recent update would make it so my narrative doesn’t disappear. Going back to using the website for charting. This thing is only handy to make med changes for me personally, other than that, this is just a time clock.
