I'm writing to express my satisfaction with the new Axis Bank web app. The installation process was smooth and straightforward. The app itself is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to manage my accounts and perform transactions. I particularly appreciate the [mention a specific feature you like, e.g., "quick transfer" or "bill payment"] feature. Overall, I'm very impressed with the app's performance and functionality. It has significantly improved my online banking experience. Thank you

It is very disappointing to experience a reputed bank like you gives a pain. I would urge people not to opt Adi’s bank at any point in time so later they face worst support. They take documents the application, initiate process but no end to end follow up. Impact our cibil for no reason and later they say due to a mistake from their team we have submit the documents again. Lacks with ownership and responsibility! Nandini, VenuGopal, Raghavendra n Raghu all this champs are worth a liability to your company. I was shocked to there responses to my questions as they promise it and next movement they forget it!! Multiple times gave chances understanding work load but no this is an act of behaviour issues.

An Application which was really needed for corporates as it very helpful while travelling and made it very user friendly and handy. Thank you guys for making this application. Kudos to Axis Bank employees/Team who had taken this initiative to make this application.
