This is the only company that I buy from when it comes to my ears. The products I’ve bought in the past, they still are perfect. If anything I just need to shine them back up like with any silver or gold. I just bought 5 products from the Halloween sale and I can’t stop wearing the items. Each drop is better than the next!

I’ve purchased about 6 septum clickers and a pair of hangers from Ask & Embla. My wish list is long cuz I want to purchase some pieces to finish the set I started collecting. Necklaces & Bracelets. I will say, 2 of the first 4 clickers I purchased wouldn’t stay closed and eventually fell out of my piercing and I lost them. I’m sure customer service probably would have somehow made it better but I just didn’t think to try at the time. I only had 1 bad experience with receiving a refund and it was over Christmas of 24’. I was originally told it would take 1-3 business days to receive my refund and it actually took 11 business days. The reason I was given, was that everyone was out for Christmas vacation yet I was receiving emails asking me to be patient. Overall though, this is 1 place I trust to send me the quality I’m expecting and they never ignored me when I had questions or sent emails. Their collections are stunning.

I ordered my adornments, and customer service was so helpful and responsive. This is the nicest jewelry I’ve ever had, and fits so perfectly. The gold color is stunning. Everything shipped to me fast, and I was so excited when my adornments arrived. I’m in love with how the adornments make me feel! I feel sexy, and beautiful, and overall very pleased. Thank you! ❤️
