1) badge icon notifications never accurate 2) list of notifications hard to read and not always in order 3) pics are not scaleable and cannot be downloaded or saved from app 4) overall clunky interface 5) has potential but could be so much more with a little interest from the company...so far don’t see much support

Overall works great, have run into a few glitches, but customer service has been very helpful.

Generally does what it is supposed to do however there are four areas where it does not function properly: 1. The activity log does not display in date/time order, this is extremely annoying as you can't see what the last activity was without perusing the entire log. 2. The status feature is not user friendly at all, showing an argument list is ridiculous, put up some type of UI. 3. It does not operate like a typical iOS app with the nav bar. It took me a while to figure out that you have to tap the center of the nav bar to go back to home. 4. The wait spinner is very hard to see in many instances.
