Do not buy this product under any circumstances. It is a nightmare to program and navigate. I don’t care how much they say it’s better better don’t not use it. The customer support is horrible, everything is email and you have to wait for days for a response that will actually help. I’ve had several other gate operating systems that have worked flawlessly and are very user friendly. If your a gate and/or security guru you may understand how to program the system via their web browser interface but if your not an expert you will struggle. Many of the functions do not work consistently such as the open and close (kinda important for a gate) the camera ( never works) and good look finding the pictures. CellGate was the last system I used and it is far better supported and user friendly. Stay away from this.

We replaced our property gate a month ago with a device requiring this app to work it using our phones. Until today it worked fine for us to open the gate from anywhere in the US. We weren’t happy that it didn’t have a motion sensor notification to let us know when someone pulled up to the gate but we were happy it worked to open the gate... UNTIL TODAY when my husband came home as a passenger in someone’s car and tried to open the gate with the app. It said “your session expired please log back in.” But it hadn’t allowed our phones to auto ave or auto populate the password. We tried password recovery which said it emailed a link to change the password but we never got an email. What a sham.

Great to see this app got an update. It looks amazing and works well but it doesn’t have the release hatch button to close the gate in case it stays open. That’s a big feature for me, I’d go back and give it a 5 star rating if that feature got added. Thank you!!
