Aromadd

I really like the Aromadd diffuser itself. The scent output is excellent, and once I found the right concentration setting, it gave my home exactly the fragrance experience I was looking for. Unfortunately, the app is extremely frustrating, especially when creating schedules. I set specific start and end times for each day, select my concentration, press Save, and even receive a “Succeeded in modifying” confirmation. However, when I go back into the schedule, nothing actually saved. I tried multiple days and repeated the process several times with the same result. For a system designed around automated home scenting, reliable scheduling is a basic feature that needs to work. The diffuser has a lot of potential, but the app experience does not match the quality of the machine. Please fix the scheduling and syncing issues. Once the app works reliably, I would gladly update my rating because the diffuser itself is impressive.

The mobile app might be the reason this unit gets sent back. It will not save the schedules that I create. I cannot get it to save a schedule for weekdays, when we’re not at home as much, and weekends, when we’re spending more time at home. I create and save, only to have the unit to operate when it shouldn’t. Go back and look at the schedule and it’s totally different than the one I saved.

So I received my diffuser yesterday. Downloaded the app to try to operate the machine. This app needs a serious upgrade. It does not save my schedule and when I update my schedule the diffuser doesn’t start working at that moment. I can’t even update the clock from the app. When the app does work…. It’s great. I really would like this app to more functional. I may return the diffuser because of this app.
