The app is developed, visual and performance by outdated and clunky code. It’s very confusion to navigate, slow, actually very slow. Has major connectivity issues with the unit and the set up for device activation makes no sense. The have a schedule which is great if you have a regular unit. We have the unit attached to our HVAC system. There really isn’t a schedule that works unless you run your AC 24/7 or fan 24/7 and then set the unit timer. I asked about having a simple on / off setting with a timer. This will give the option of running the unit for 2 hours and I can run my a/c fan for 2 hours as well. Needs major work.

This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It times out consistently and it asks me to “make a new password” every time I try to change my diffuser’s schedule. When I open the app it will connect to my diffuser via Bluetooth but when I get to the screen to set a new schedule it tells me I’m no longer connected to Bluetooth. Even though I haven’t changed my location. The developers need to completely revamp the app and make it more user friendly. It would also be great to have some sort of user manual incorporated into the app for customers to refer back to later. If I had known the app was this bad I would’ve purchased a different brand of diffusers. With all of the being said, I love my newest scent, Amber Oasis. It’s probably the best one I’ve had since purchasing my diffuser over a year ago

At first the app was great. 1 week later I try to use it and connect to my unit and the app freezes once I try to connect. I tried resetting my phone and settings, deleting the app/cache and reinstalling, unplugged the unit for 1 minute. App still freezes when trying to connect. I even downloaded the app on my wife’s phone and it does the same thing. Tried to send a message for technical support. I fill out the form and the send button doesn’t work. This seems like a systematic issue with the company. Unhappy customer after spending over $500 on their product.
