Hey, to be honest I’m a pretty fair Apache regular customer. I could say I’ve had great experiences and I have but not this time. Over the course of 3 months this app glitches on the regular, now let me elaborate. I could click on the app and it would send me right off of it, I’ve tried to restart the app and my phone but the same result, it even happens at times when an order has been sent through so I can’t even check the status. My second claim is food poisoning, that’s right. I ordered a pretty standard meal for 4 and I got the taco chip. I’ve ate this before but this time it was different. Within hours of digestion I began to throw up and have diarrhoea. I didn’t eat anything else that day but this one meal, I wish I didn’t. Although their food is tasty make sure to prefer a laxative and some loo roll. Please fix your app bug and give your chefs some advice before they kill someone.
Very easy to use, smooth ordering. Really quick!
I’ve attempted to use the app to place 2 order before, but had to telephone the order instead both those times. Third time which was successful after a real struggle, the app asked me to write this review. Honestly, could be good. Has serious buffering issues and that app seems to refresh randomly and clear your order quite often. Took 4 attempts to add my order to the basket without the refresh clearing it. The redirect to a payment website failed twice and didn’t accept my Mastercard, had to switch to a Visa to make it work. App then crashed after the order was placed. Go into the order history to track it… tracking says 0:00 minutes and “in preparation”. So a useless feature to be perfectly honest. Website for mobile is also just as bad. Advice to potential app downloaders: Don’t bother, go get your laptop and place an order on their full website or place the order via telephone.
