The app works well while raising a new request, and the initial flow feels smooth and intuitive. However, there are stability issues when trying to update an existing request, view request details, or escalate a request. In these scenarios, the app tends to crash or become unresponsive. Overall, the core functionality is promising, but improving stability and performance in these workflows would significantly enhance the user experience. With a few upgrades and fixes, this app could be much more reliable and user-friendly for everyday use.
This app is crashing always. Not able to raise any service request through app. Whenever there is is any issue with purifier, The only way to raise a complaint is to call CC, wait in long queue and enjoy listening to IVRS. If you are lucky they will respond to you quickly. If you get frustrated and hang up the call, you have a repeat the same process again. Whenever you ask why App is not working, they say there is some technical issue and will ve resolved soon. Same answer every time. 😖
I have an X2 model water filter and I tried to lodge a Service Request with AO Smith. After numerous frustrating attempts at using app for the purpose I finally saw the purpose of the whole thing. After having sold the pricey product, the company's policy is to prevent the buyers from getting in touch with them. This clever app does it for them. The app does pick up the model number, serial number etc of the product I have but going for a Service Request it wants me manually input everything. Fine. But try as I might I'm not able to select my model number because it is not in the menu. Their local agents do one better. They don't let you have their contact number ever. I wonder what this company does in the US.
