Here’s what I love: - cheaper than uber eats and Glovo - they have loyalty points that add up quickly - the food is legit decent. Is it gourmet? No. Is it as good and mostly better than any other restaurant delivery in Nairobi? ABSOLUTELY. Buffalo wings were ACTUALLY buffalo wings, and khans biryani was shockingly good - buying from ANDO means I don’t give money to Uber or Glovo. Room for improvement, NOT deal breakers: - I wish I could order from multiple restaurants in the same order. My husband wants pasta, but I want biryani? No problem! I could order from ANDO no worries. - delivery tracking is almost never accurate. Expect it to take a bit longer than expected. Note that they also often use bicycle delivery and those people work their butts off so don’t act spoiled, please. - I see all day drinks by ANDO on uber eats (or maybe Glovo?) but I don’t see it on the ANDO app. SAD. You’d definitely get more of my money if you had that option to order with my meals. - transparency on pay for chefs, cooks, delivery people, etc. do you actually treat/pay your people better than evil techno lords? I think it’s so dang AWESOME that I have a legitimate alternative to the techno foreign billionaire owned apps. Keep on keepin on yall.
