Amuse Music Distribution

Im sad that I have to write a review but they won’t respond to any form of communication. Ive been using Amuse 6 years. Ive paid for it the past 6 years and constantly been uploading music. Ive expanded to managing different artists this year and have dozens of releases between different artists. We went to create a new artist and to release a song and without notice the entire account was permanently suspended and ALL ARTISTS AND SONGS were removed from all streaming services. All because they didn’t like the name of the artist. Very harsh treatment on a long time Amuse customer. Could have been solved with a simple email. Ive had 0 issues in the past and all music and artwork is under my copyright. Also they cancelled my membership without a refund. Update: Reached out to them multiple times since last week. No response through email. No response through the chat on their website. Also nothing was ever released for the artist. Nothing was noted for what term was broken. Communication could have solved this issue if YOU had a problem with a release. Second Update: After 10 days I finally received a response with no help or new information since the last email. I was told I have multiple copyright strikes from my music. I created every piece of music and have documentation of everything and they don’t care. I would not invest into this company.

Your company was great … while it lasted. You recently flagged me due to copyright issues and froze my account. Everything that I’ve uploaded I either paid for or made myself (such as beats or instrumentals), so, I am unsure where there was a copyright violation. If it was from a beat I purchased from somebody else, how am I supposed to know if there’s going to be an issue until I try uploading the song? I don’t know every single song or interview in the entire history of mankind, so, I don’t always know if something is legitimate or a sample. If you have a problem with something in attempt to upload, you should tell me what the issue is then take the song down. You shouldn’t just be able to take my money then freeze my account over something that I’m not even aware of. When I purchase a beat, I always ask the seller what I can use it for. Every beat I’ve purchased that I used and tried to upload, I was told I can use it for whatever I want. So, again, if there is an issue, or, if I’m being lied to by sellers, how am I truly supposed to know there’s going to be a problem until I try to release the finished product and then, you tell me there’s an issue. I feel like it’s unfair to me to spend money on instrumentals just to spend money on you to distribute the songs that I make with instrumentals just for you to tell me that I’m pretty much black listed because the money I spent contained stolen samples of the entire beat itself was stolen. The person selling the beats should get in trouble, not me. Sorry for my rant. I truly enjoyed doing business with your company. Hopefully we can work this problem out one day. Thank you.

This app is truly amazing, I love it, I truly do, But theres just one thing that's making it kind of a bummer and that is the time it takes to release a song/album/EP, Ive been using this app for years and back then it used to take just 1 Week to review a song and Release it to all Platforms, But now its taking a whole month to review a song and then releasing it on all stores, I'm hoping you guys can Fix that issue and bring the faster review and release back Please! I have released singles, albums and EP's thru this app and I am completely satisfied with the Service appreciate it alot, Just need to be Faster processing, The fact that I Upload a Single and have to wait a whole month till its reviewed and approved its truly frustrating, I want to get my songs on Platforms as soon as posible and all that wait is not helping :(
