Iโve been using LANDR AI Mastering for all of my keyboard cover recordings, and I couldnโt be happier with the results. The mastering process is incredibly fast, easy to use, and consistently delivers a polished, professional sound. As an independent musician, I donโt have access to an expensive mastering studio, so LANDR has become an essential part of my workflow. It adds clarity, balance, warmth, and punch to my mixes while preserving the natural feel of my performances. Whether Iโm recording reggae, country, classic rock, or Palauan music, LANDR helps every track sound ready for release. What I appreciate most is that I can focus on creating music while LANDR takes care of the final polish. It has saved me both time and money, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LANDR to any musician, producer, or content creator looking for an affordable and reliable AI mastering platform. Itโs been a fantastic investment for my music.
I love the features the core service provides, and you can see they are doing a lot to add new features and more value, but their customer service is painful to deal with. They take several days to respond to every query and donโt seem to read (or respond to) every question or point in your query, so you have to re-ask your questions multiple times and it can takes weeks just to resolve something. Also, I was on a more expensive legacy pricing plan, but when they changed the plan options and lowered their pricing, I was not sufficiently notified and they did not automatically switch me over or provide any discount. I only happened to find out about it and inquired and was told I needed to manually switch plans to receive the discount. I lost several days of eligible discount just waiting for their responses. So what, they were going to keep charging me double for the legacy plan and never let me know? That is terrible, sketchy customer service. You can (and should) do better Landr.
Iโve been with LANDR since their early days. One of the reasons I stick around despite competing services crowding this particular space: they consistently and actively strive to improve what they offer. The LANDR app embodies that improvement. Even if it were riddled with bugs (it isnโt), the app is a fine and welcome extension of their web app. My workflow used to involve snagging a reference mix, downloading it, converting it to MP3, tagging it, uploading it to iTunes, and playing it back via Apple Music in various environmentsโฆ Yes, instant headache. The LANDR app takes all of that nonsense out of the equation. I simply audition from within the app now. The other features are a welcome inclusion - I appreciate the integration with โCollaborateโ, etc. It would be great to see more management capabilities in future releases (delete masters, rename them), but Iโm not sweating it. The app isnโt meant to replace the fully formed web interface. Regardless, Iโm sure LANDR is pursuing said capabilities anyway. All told, the LANDR app does exactly what it needs to now. Anything more is icing on the cake. Well done. Thanks!
