AMN Passport: Healthcare Jobs

I have been with AMN since before the Staffcare merger! The customer service is second to none! It is so very important for a Locum doctor to have a team that is supportive and quick at problem solving! This new app is just another thing AMN did well!!!! I have one suggestion. In the future if there are big changes like app changes communicate that clearly and often! I think I found it by accident! It’s still an amazing upgrade !my favorite part is my travel itinerary is in there so I don’t have to harass my recruiter and travel. 😊😊Thank you!!!

I’m starting my job orientation tomorrow but I didn’t even have a place to stay! They talked about how they ll get things ready before my workday but they don’t care! They said they ll follow up with me on the weekends but they didn’t. They said they ll hand it over to the after hours support to follow up my housing and a hotel to stay but they didn’t. I find my own place for the day before orientation but I still need a place to stay so I can do my orientation . They are unprofessional and already it’s a disaster! What bad experience . Recruiter is clubbing staff and they work with AMN passport . I don’t recommend them at all. This had been stressful for me. It took them a week to find one apartment and it turn out unsafe .So I gave them a list of apartments to help out yet they took a week with no update and now I have no place to stay with my pets. They drag things out during the hours they work so you get nothing done.

I’m VERY impressed with this app!! I was expecting there to be several glitches and things to improve, but really it is a good app. I like the fact that I get updates and messages in real-time through here. I also like that everything is at my fingertips for my job assignments. It’s so simple to login to this app, as opposed to fumbling around my email for information. I just began my position, so I can’t comment on the time entry or paystub functions, but so far, everything else has worked fine for what I need. Stay tuned!
