Amex Japan

A couple of months ago, I got sho and was in an induced coma for almost a month while on a safari trip in Africa. I had moved about 5 years ago. After 7 months of hospitalization, I returned home and found that my bill was overdue and the first thing I did was call AMEX to tell them I was arranging to send the money. But as luck had it, I sent the money and a week later the local bank tells me that there was a technical error and my transfer had not been sent. Ten days later it left Africa and wasn’t going to get to AMEX on time. Panic!!! But the AMEX staff assisted and with some help we managed to get everything settled. Thank you AMEX. You have always been my life line!

米国アメックスは店舗・オンラインを問わずリアルタイムでのプッシュ通知が出来て大変便利でしたし安心できました。確定前に届くのでガソリンスタンド等では最初は驚きますが慣れれば問題ありません。 日本のアメックスはこのリアルタイム通知が無く、しかも確定後にしか通知が無いので安心感に欠けます。是非リアルタイム通知を行なって欲しいです。 アメックス自体がそのようなサービスを行なっていないのでアプリの機能ではありませんけれど。

明細の売り上げ日、請求日がわかりにくい。二重請求されているかと錯覚するほどで気持ち悪い！そのうえ、請求期間の画面の切り替えがとてもわかりにくく面倒。間違えて同じ期間を選んでしまい、イライラします。 その点、他社カードアプリ（●天さん）は、いつ使って、いつ支払いなのか等が、見やすい・使いやすい・わかりやすい！家計簿として使えるほど優秀。 Touch IDの導入はとても嬉しく、評価できます。 アメックスさん、さらなる勉強・改善お願いします！
