I like the website a lot better before you updated it. I can’t go back and look at my banking account activities or if I can I don’t know how.

I’ve been a member of this credit union for years and have generally been satisfied, but the recent update to the online banking site is a major disappointment. The new layout is confusing and doesn’t show any of my transactions, making it impossible to keep track of my finances. This update was supposed to make things easier, but it feels like a step backward. I hope this is just a temporary glitch, but if not, I’d strongly urge the credit union to reconsider this change. The previous system worked just fine, and I’d appreciate a return to something more user-friendly.

Zelle is no longer usable and the interface is a joke. Very unrepresentative and confusing with multiple accounts. It no longer places the checking and savings for each account next to each other. For some reason it places checking with the other checking and saving with savings.. transfers take multiple steps to make now. All of the past transactions have been deleted as well.
