Allsets: Gym Workout Planner

Great for simplicity but i cannot listen to music and run the app

It’s OK, but the “AI personal trainer” is just “add 1 rep to each set each week”. No intelligent weight selection, and no “adaptation” that I could see over the 6 weeks I put in. Pretty underwhelming.

In order to utilize this app to the fullest, you will need two things: 1. The sunglasses 😎 2. The microscope 🔬. The sunglasses will save your eyes from the reflections of the Super Polished , user- friendliest interface! The microscope comes handy if you are one of the haters on the endless quest for imperfections! The app is incredibly well designed! The Epitome of Simplicity- ALLSETS is amazing for the “retirement approaching crowd”, especially the ones that had the last workout in 1999! Incredible Visual Library of Exercises. AI created plans for the still busiest of us. Effortless creation of your own Custom Plans , especially if you want to start slowly! Any Exercise modification? A breeze ! The Timer adjustments?? Be my guest! Immediate responses from the developer! What else do you need? A kiss?? Watch your diet. Start working out!! To the developer: Outstanding!
