I like the format of the app it’s very well organized but I am unable to filter what specific items i’m looking for if I touch the filter button it automatically exits me out of the app and restarts I am also not able to use my gift card I had to use it on the online website instead, they told me that I had to contact customer service but I read the terms and there should have been no problem and resulted in going online and it worked.
I have been a long time fan of All Saints. Unfortunately, there is no customer service ... at all. They did away with a telephone service, so if you have inquiries or concerns, good luck. The app states you can email them and they will respond within 2-3 business days. In my case, they did not respond at all. Considering the quality and price of the goods this company provides, one would think their customer service would be on par. From now on, I will only shop through third party retailers. If you want to sell $500 jackets, you should at least respond to inquiries about your items.
I was looking for a gift for my wife and know what she likes. Using the app during the commute worked like a charm and I was able to find new things really quick. Images load instantly and the scrolling is super smooth. I can wait to use it again for my Christmas shopping!
