What does this do? Malware?
I started the app to do a conversion and there is no way to select a file for conversion but the app wanted access to the camera. To convert files? Why is this in the AppStore when the app can't access a file to convert it, its ostensive purpose?

Doesn’t work
After you select your target format and you press select file it just crashes.

Warning this app may be putting phone at risk
I downloaded and tried to convert an image file. There weren’t any reviews of the app. I received a error message that the converter wasn’t working right because a server could not be reached and another one may be pretending to be the actual one. I stopped and deleted the app immediately.
