The entire process is smooth, fast, and stress-free, making it perfect for anyone who needs quick financial support without unnecessary complications. The user interface is clean, simple, and easy to understand, even for first-time users. Registration and verification are very straightforward, and loan approval is impressively fast. I was amazed by how quickly my request was processed and credited. No long queues, no paperwork, and no delays. One thing I really appreciate is their transparent system. All charges, interest rates, and repayment dates are clearly stated, so there are no hidden fees or surprises. This makes it easy to plan repayments and manage finances responsibly.

I collected ₦1,338,100 from this loan company, and they added ₦434,882 interest for just one month. I am not complaining about the interest — it is their business, and I accepted the terms because I had no other choice at the time. What is unacceptable is the harassment and threats I received. Four days before the due date, their staff started calling me aggressively, demanding I pay before the actual due date. I understand reminders are normal, but calling repeatedly, issuing threats, and demanding payment within one hour is completely wrong. They would call more than 10 times a day, from morning till night. On the due date itself, the insults and threats became worse from early morning. I informed them clearly that I would pay before the end of the day, which was still within the agreed due date. Instead of respecting this, they continued to insult me and threaten my life and the lives of my family members, using different phone numbers and platforms. This caused me serious emotional distress. I have all the evidence, including call logs, messages, and the phone numbers used. Despite all this harassment, I still paid their money before the day ended (after 10pm). This is by far the worst loan experience I have ever had. If you value your peace of mind and safety, I strongly advise you to seek alternatives elsewhere.

had a terrible experience with this loan app. I mistakenly sent ₦56,000 to their account even though I didn’t owe them any money. I called several times but no one answered. I also sent messages on WhatsApp and someone replied at first, asked me to send proof, which I did, but after I sent it, they stopped responding completely. Instead of refunding my ₦56,000, they upgraded my loan limit to ₦20,000, which I had to collect since they refused to return the money I sent by mistake. Now they keep calling and harassing me to pay them back, even though I have already lost ₦56,000 to them. To make it worse, they are asking me to repay over ₦40,000 for a ₦20,000 loan, which is completely unfair and exploitative. I have explained everything to them several times, even to their boss, but nothing was done. Their customer service is terrible, they don’t listen, and their staff are very rude. This app is not trustworthy at all. I regret ever using it and I strongly advise others to stay away from it.
