AKIRA

I placed an order for a coat to be received on my birthday. I moved and didn’t realize I never updated my address. I contacted customer support within 30 minutes of placing my order and was informed the order cannot be changed, when I inquired if the order can be canceled, I was told that since it is after hours on the weekend I would have to wait till Monday. I sent an email to follow up on Monday and they refused to cancel the order due to me missing the 3 days cancellation period. I tried for months to track the package that’s was delivered out of state to my previous address. I was offered no help and the package was never found. I have disputed the charge several times with my bank and was informed that because FedEx took a picture it’s proof of deliver over the emails I have sent to customer service to attempt the address change, shipping cancelation and refund request. Email is no help as the responses come from a bot and it does not offer any option to call and speak to a live person.

This is definitely better than the website, but just as your website has the SAME issue your app needs fixed as well. When scrolling through the many many pages of options, at some point, the website AND app will both just randomly reset me right back to the very very beginning, which is incredibly frustrating and annoying. Will you either fix this issue in general OR make it to where you can create a drop down menu to select a page to jump directly to, so if this is to happen (which it happens EVERY time), then one could just simply change the page through a drop down menu and go right back to where they were prior to being disrupted. Because once this happens, I completely give up and stop and don’t feel like shopping any further and 9/10, won’t follow through with my purchase if I didn’t have enough in my cart to receive the free shipping.

The user interface is incredibly user friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate - whether I’m looking for something specific or just browsing for new arrivals. The app is also impressively responsive. Pages load quickly and it smoothly transitions from one section to the next.
