I ordered two wigs, and received only one, after being told no one was available until February 22, I waited, then messaged on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th with no reply, no updates, no โweโre looking into itโ, just silence. On the 25th, I called my bank and filed a dispute, and magically by 4 PM UNice suddenly โnoticedโ, they emailed an apology and said they would refund the missing wig, so you can ignore paying customers for days, but a bank dispute gets your attention in 60 minutes, thatโs telling. The wig I did receive was the wrong color, I ordered black to chestnut brown like the model, they sent plain black, I sent photo proof, they still tried to gaslight me and say they sent the โcorrectโ order, they insisted they sent the โcorrectโ item and offered a $15 refund as if that fixes being sent the wrong product, today is February 28, 2026, 11:22 AM, still no refund, still no accountability, still no real customer service. The hair quality is good, thatโs the only reason this gets 2 stars, everything else is unacceptable, ignoring emails, refusing to acknowledge a clear mistake, and only responding when forced by a bank dispute, UNice, admit the error, fix it, and stop treating customers like an afterthought, your response time and refusal to own mistakes will be your downfall.
Iโve been buying bundles from Unice since 2017 & Iโm N E V E R disappointed. My bundles typically last a few years. I usually only throw my bundles away because of a style that results in me not being able to reuse the bundles appropriately like bobs or bangs. Other than that I wash, condition, & dye (with bleach) my bundles. Hair shedding is minimal. HUMAN HAIR SHEDS, even out of your scalp so how do you expect bundles (hair SOWN onto a track) to not shes? Delusional lol. I store my bundles by braiding them up & placing them in a ziplock bag after Iโve switched from a weave to braids or my natural hair. The quality is always worth it, remember you get what you pay for! As long as you know how to maintain hair youโll be okay. I will always shop with Unice. Anytime Iโve reached a complication & I reach out to customer service Iโm greeted warmly and my issues get resolved. But because I need hair since Iโm without my own currently, I had to repurchase a faulty wig that was sent to me previously! I was in immediate contact once I knew and seen the faults and asked seller to exchange wig and they fought tooth and nail!!! I sent pictures of the faults and they only wanted to give $15-$20 back from a $180 order. Thatโs an insult to me! Working on that issue right now but I needed another wig just like the faulty one they sent me because I donโt like switching up my hairstyles like that, I like for my โhairโ to look the same every time. I sure hope these businesses remember that theyโre ONLY in business because of US and want their customers completely SATISFIED and change their tactic of just wanting the money over making the WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT! Itโs โman madeโ, every wig is not going to be โperfectโ. When itโs brought to your attention, donโt insult the customerโs intelligence by offering them $15-$20 back from a huge purchase, rather offer a more fitting solution (exchange as I asked)! Youโll keep (me and some others) customers coming back if you do!!!! Thanks!!!!!!
