I really like how simple and easy this app is to use — the interface is clean, and everything works the way it’s supposed to. BUT there’s one issue that’s driving me crazy: the app triggers a glitch on my phone that turns on blue boxes around all the text on my screen. I’m not sure what setting it’s affecting, but it only happens after using this app, and it’s extremely frustrating. I’d love to keep using it because the app itself is great, but this glitch really needs to be fixed. If the developers can address that problem, it would easily be a 5-star app for me.
It is very refreshing to use an application that gives clear instructions for its use and device setup. The user guide and faq sections load a frowning face making them completely useless. One area I have not tried is the smart touch and sos functionality. Ultimately I find features like that more redundant than useful.
