Not good!!!
I am unable to log on! I registered successfully but when I try to log in I get a message in Chinese. Please fix the issue and advise those who are unable to access!!!!

Can’t login
Can’t log in. Won’t accept phone number. E-mail gives some kind of message in Chinese. Not helpful. Until this is fixed - don’t waste your money

Okay so far
Decided to check out the app before purchasing the smart ring. The App Store photos show everything in Chinese but when I downloaded and opened the app it came up in English for me. No problems registering an account using my email address or entering basic info into the app. There’s not really much I can do besides enter my height, weight, birthday and occupation (presumably as a rough gauge of activity level?) until I have a ring that will connect to the app…but so far my experience hasn’t been as awful as some of the other reviewers. The ring I’m looking at is on Amazon…a pretty silver-tone one with faux diamonds and sapphires, a bit clunky like all the smart rings are but sparklier and prettier than the standard Oura and clones. Hopefully it won’t disappoint.
