Afriex - Money transfer

After opening my account I had not even been able to send a transfer and they wanted my ID information which was fine, but the system pulled information on an old phone number and when I requested them to change this they requested my ID again which I sent they eminent said it was corrected when it wasn’t and when I told them it wasn’t the want me to resend my ID all in less the 48 hours I believe NO WAY this is not good customer service when you can’t make a correction you say was completed and then want me to start over. Your error you don’t have the customer fix your mistake you fix it you have the information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIER ERRORS!! I will use the competition and let them have my business… BE WARY OF THIS APP!!!! 😡😡 ****UPDATE*** This morning I check my email and I had told them to close my account and remove all my personal information from their system and their have the audacity to tell me they are severing the relationship for internal policy… STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP THEY ARE NO GOOD AND WILL DO HARM THEN GOOD TO YOU I THINK FOR AS MANY TIMES AS THEY ASKED ME FOR MY ID is RIDICULOUS
