I never thought Aella could stoop this low especially when I’ve never defaulted in paying up my loan in the past and now. Only for my contact to call me that they got a call from Aella that my loan is due today and they can’t reach me and she should try to contact me to pay. This call was made to my contact at 11am in the morning. I don’t think this is why you were granted access to our contacts, to embarrass us unduly for patronizing you after paying huge amount on interest. I’m deleting this app, I know for sure they had to have changed management cos Aella was never this terrible. It’s a shame you just lost a good costumer with a great credit score who pays on time and before time. Shame on you and your management. May God embarrass your business and all of you individually except i defaulted on my loan or even exceeded due date. Evil lots. Borrow from them at your own risk.

A lot has been wrong with the app,I’ve tried taking selfie severally it wasn’t working,then finally it worked yesterday. Just for me to request for loan it keeps saying I should update my profile,even while my profile is fully updated,I’ve reached out to the team,but no response since.
