Paid €1 via Apple Pay to use a scooter, only to discover afterwards that a minimum balance of €1.35 was required. To add the missing €0.35, the app only offered top-ups of €10, €20, or €30. I never started a ride, never used the service, and AdriGo refused to refund the €1, citing their terms and conditions. Poor transparency and disappointing customer service.
