360FCU - Web24 Mobile Banking

One of the worst Apps I’ve used in a long time. Every single time you try to get on this thing there’s a problem. The fact that you can’t even get into your account to see anything without this app is ridiculous. Very basic and always glitchy. Half the time, you can’t even get on it or have to call the bank because there’s an error.

Interface is very basic, making a additional payment on a loan is kinda confusing as it only shows that your making a payment to my already auto bill payment. Wish I could buy CDs (certificate of deposit) right from the app as well. Overall works well has what you really need but not much more.

Great customer service all the staff there are very polite, professional and friendly. I will never ever go to another bank other then 360 federal credit union. Thanks for helping me with everything Nick Jensen
