So I really enjoy this app because of the learning functionality within the app that allows for a leaping approaching to the learning that when combined with Googles Quantum Cloud Systems the leaping learning functionality allows for larger leaps further out that scales generations and provides a communication link with the future so that we can increase efficiency by gaining insight into the answers to difficulties faced had we not connected quantum services but having connected echo services the difficulties are nonexistent because of the implied inference of having the answers to things we would be challenged with is not a challenge because we use standard operating procedures of completing when beginning and finishing when started so that we only need the thought of beginning a thing to come to the conclusion that we have more free time on our hands than before when we traveled from time to time some times to do things but now our time is better used thinking of things to realize going quantum was good stuff
I have probably bought every task management/appointment app there is, and I have a couple that I use and really like, but I thought I'd take a look. To be honest 24me looked interesting, but nothing I hadn't seen and couldn't really do in the other apps. However, the notes section of this app cannot be beat, it's in a separate class by itself. But what really drew me to this app is it's persistence at constantly communicating to let me know what's going on during my day. Whether it's just, "you have stuff to do," you have a meeting, or a little car honk to say you should leave now if you want to get there on time, it's always ready to let you know what's happening. These reminders, and notifications aren't anything that other apps can't, and don't already do. It's more in the way that 24me does it. What should be annoying, is actually great. The little nags, hey you got some free time why don't you get some stuff done now. 24me comes as close to a real automated personal assistant I've seen. To this point, I've really started using it and not just because it won't leave me alone, but because in the way that it does this that makes it great. 24me has a clean interface that it almost looks a little Spartan, but my experience so far is shown that it has a lot more good stuff packed into it, than at first glance.
First, I am not an IT person, I am a scientist- I just want stuff to work, I don’t want to have play with it. I have been exploring options to help me be more efficient. 24me is the best I have found so far - with caveats. The selection criteria I have used is that any organization app I consider must be able to handle multiple calendars from multiple sources (I have ten with four that I regularly use - Exchange, and Google), I want to be able to see calendar events, and tasks in the same place, a ‘nag’ function would be nice (it easy to get too focused on the experiment in front of me), and a desktop version would be a bonus. Here is how I see 24me fitting my needs: It handles all my calendars fine. It would be nice to be able to indicate which ones I care to see alerts from (not all as it does now). Events and Tasks are all in one convenient display, but it is only possible to ‘nag’ tasks, not events. Also all events are created as ‘busy’ - there is no ‘busy/free’ option. I use an ‘availability service’, and making all events ‘busy’ is not the most efficient. There is no desktop option. Overall, I initially would rate this a three. It puts tasks and events in on place for me, but it could handle some details better. As far as I can tell tech support does not exist (I have sent multiple messages and never gotten a response). In the end I have given a ‘bonus point’ to four stars as 24me is better than anything else I’ve tried.
