This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any delivery application. I ordered a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered the same day, yet it was never delivered on time, completely ruining the occasion. What makes it worse is the extremely poor communication. For over 4 hours, there were no updates, no calls, no proper follow-up, while I was actively checking both the app and my email. The system is unreliable, and the support team gives weak excuses instead of real solutions. Blaming the recipient without proper escalation or coordination shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility. This service is not just bad — it is harmful to users, especially when you rely on it for important events like birthdays or special occasions. It causes frustration, embarrassment, and loss of trust. I do not recommend this app at all. If your order is important, avoid using FNP.

The app is beautifully designed, easy to navigate, and makes gifting such a pleasant experience.
