I registered as guest and spent $$$ USD. After systems updated the characters that I played in 2 world are both missing. I requested to help center and they replied. I followed the direction but still don’t work. All the money $$$ I spent in this games just vanished. I can’t retrieved the characters in both worlds. All the money and time, that I spent in this game is not worth it Help Center is very unprofessional. Takes a week and still can’t solved the problem. I keep telling them it doesn’t work and they still Keep offering the same solution. Over and over again. And help center never answer your question directly. Back and forward 6 Times with Help Center and still can’t solved the problems. Every time help center replied and said case closed, please resubmit. Yes, case closed with unsolved problem. I should have the right to close this case. Eventually, I don’t. Very disappointed, help center cannot retrieve my missing characters. I totally give up this game.

Great game, I play since RoTK1 in Japanese all the way til mobile version. If you are not fluent in Chinese, then I suggest you stop bashing the game or learn some Chinese. It is very well made and definitely better than how GOT was made.

Weekly clan war and clan boss system is cool but super unfriendly to North American players. How can you expect us to wake up 4am in the morning ? That is not us playing game anymore, we are played by the game. I hope developer can develop a system that is friendly to players all over the world.
